POSTER SESSIONS
Format
Posters must be printed on paper in A0 format (portrait orientation).
The Welcome Desk will provide the necessary materials for hanging your poster.
Posters may be displayed from Sunday onwards and throughout the conference week. All posters must be removed by Friday at midday. Please note that any posters not collected by this deadline will be discarded
Posters Sessions
Poster presentations will take place on Monday and Wednesday afternoons (17:30–19:30).

Odd-numbered posters → first poster session (Monday)

Even-numbered posters → second poster session (Wednesday)

🏆Best Poster Award
Sponsored by Theoretical Chemistry Accounts (Springer)
We are delighted to announce that Springer Nature will sponsor the Best Poster Award at QUITEL2026, through the journal Theoretical Chemistry Accounts.
The award consists of book vouchers with a total value of €300, and will be presented to the author(s) of the best poster(s) displayed during the conference poster sessions. A diploma issued by Springer Nature will be awarded to the winners.

Selection
The Scientific Committee will evaluate all submitted posters and select the winner(s) based on scientific quality, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference topics. The organizers reserve the right to distribute the award among the three best posters or to attribute it as a single prize.
