Key dates:

• Deadline abstracts submission: 30 April, 2026

• Notification abstract acceptance: 15 May, 2026

• Registration deadline for authors: 1 June, 2026

Guidelines for abstract submission:

• All submissions must be made online through the online system

• Abstracts should be writen in English, and should not exceed 3500 characters

• A confirmation email will be sent after submission

• All correspondence regarding the abstract will be conducted via email, using the main presenting author’s email address. 

• Each person may submit a maximum of two abstracts as first author.

• Poster or oral communication are subject to panel approval. You will receive confirmation on the notification deadline

• The presenting author must be registered by 1 June 2026.​​​
